Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MAHZUZ General Trading L.L.C. website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MAHZUZ General Trading L.L.C.

Description of Services

MAHZUZ General Trading L.L.C. provides logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment services including, but not limited to, inventory storage, order processing, pick and pack fulfillment, last-mile delivery coordination, and supply chain management across the UAE.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting us or placing orders
• Comply with all applicable local, federal, and international laws and regulations, including UAE commercial and trade laws
• Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services
• Ensure that all goods stored or shipped through our facilities comply with UAE customs and import/export regulations

Orders and Payments

• All service agreements are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of service agreement.
• Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Full or partial payment may be required in advance.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Warehousing and Storage

Regarding goods stored at our facility:

• MAHZUZ will exercise reasonable care in the storage and handling of your goods. However, we are not liable for damage caused by force majeure events, inherent product defects, or improper packaging by the client.
• Clients are responsible for insuring their goods stored at our facilities. MAHZUZ does not provide insurance coverage for stored inventory.
• Storage fees are billed as per the agreed rate schedule. Goods may be held until all outstanding fees are settled.

Shipping and Delivery

MAHZUZ will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of goods. However:

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title to products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, MAHZUZ General Trading L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MAHZUZ website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MAHZUZ General Trading L.L.C. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAHZUZ General Trading L.L.C., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
